Planning ahead for your new Liquor License

Did you know? You do not need to wait until you receive your liquor license to prepare for your opening. Here is how we can help.

As you wait for the AGCO to approve your license application, we encourage you to submit your opening order in advance, so we can work to ensure that you have the optimal fulfillment of product for your first order.  Your opening order will be secured and available when you get your license. 

Please send an email to hellob2b@lcbo.com with the following information:

• 1. The Restaurant Name
  2. Address
  3. Contact Name and Phone #
  4. Estimated Opening Date
  5. Delivery Instructions

• Please also attach an excel file showing
  1. The Restaurant Name (part of the File name)
     
  2. The LCBO Item #
  3. The name of the product
  4. The Quantity (number of units) you want to order

You will receive confirmation and invoice details by an Account Manager.

Once you receive your license, scan a copy of the license and email your Account Manager and we will work to receive payment and advise as to the delivery day and time.

You Just Got Your License – How to Proceed for your first order

If you just received your license, it will take 24-48 hours for your license to upload into our LCBO system.  If you are located in the GTA, we can manually enter your license and if the order is placed by 12:30 pm it will be delivered the next business day.  Please email a copy of your license and your order to hellob2b@lcbo.com  

If there is a more urgent need to receive product, please contact 905-949-3533 and we will advise you of other options available to you.
