Direct Delivery Vendor Portal (DDVP)

The Direct Delivery Vendor Portal (DDVP) provides direct delivery vendors with a centralized location to:

• ·        Review orders
• ·        Confirm order quantities
• ·        Review estimated delivery dates
• ·        Communicate with store staff and finalize the order

UPDATE (July 2021): 

·        Process changes related to the transition of Ecommerce to the Trillium facility 

UPDATE (May 2021): The LCBO will be using DDVP for orders to be delivered to the Trillium facility.
