How to Apply to the Program
Complete this online form to initiate the process. If approved, review and sign the LCBO authorization and send a copy to lcbo-policy@lcbo.com. Please note that applications may require up to 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
As part of your application, you will be asked to opt into monthly or quarterly reporting and remitting, which will apply for the entire LCBO fiscal year running from April until March. For more information, please go to 'Know Your Obligations - Financial Reporting & Payment Remittance'.
How to Work with LCBO
Once you have received a fully executed copy of your LCBO authorization, there are a few additional steps that need to be completed.
- Read the 'Know Your Obligations - Financial Reporting & Payment Remittance' page
- Visit the 'Financial Reporting Templates' page and download the applicable Distillery and/or Winery Reporting Template that corresponds to the effective date of your LCBO authorization
