1. Agent Yard Entrance
Upon arrival, there is a dedicated entrace for agent pickups.
Pull into the gate area and use the intercom to speak with security. Please provide your appointment time and confirmation number.
You can enter the yard up to 30 minutes prior to your appointment and no more than 15 minutes late.
Please always follow the safety rules and personal protective equipment requirements for the yard. You must wear an ANSI Class 1 (or higher) safety vest while in the yard.
There is no smoking on the property and there is no personal use of a cellphone permitted while in the yard.
2. Follow Signage to Agent Docks
Enter the yard and follow the signage to locate your assigned dock.
3. Waiting Area
IF you arrive early and your assigned dock is unavailable, please park in the waiting area that matches your assigned dock number.
4. Agent Loading Docks
When you arrive at your dock, you must provide the following information to pick up your order at the dock:
(i) All the Shipment Numbers included in your appointment
(ii) Agent Name
(iii) Number of cases related to the Shipment Number(s) you are picking up.
A lift table will lower your orders to ground level.
Please count your cases to validate your order.
Once everything has been verified and is correct, sign your shipping documentation. If you notice any pick errors then please address them right at the dock.
