As the province continues to ease Covid-19 restrictions, and after careful review, we are pleased to announce our plans for the safe resumption of in-person Vintages events beginning in February 2022. Initially, we will be accepting proposals for Dinner and Structured Tasting formats only as we continue to monitor and plan for additional future event formats.
These events must adhere to all health and safety protocols that apply to licensee venues at the time of the event, including but not limited to: capacity limits, health screening requirements, vaccination policies, PPE requirements, contact tracing, etc. and as determined as of the date of the event.
If you have an event proposal for the February to December 2022 timeframe, please complete the attached Event Application form.
Successful proposals will include:
- Brands that are of interest to premium-wine consumers, vintages that are exceptional/highly rated, sought-after deluxe spirits, products that are rare and/or exclusive, large bottles or unique size formats.
- A highly engaging winery/distillery principal or brand ambassador who is willing to engage with event customers in-person or virtually.
- Additional promotional support the suppliers/agent is able to provide to ensure event success.
