The departments that make up what is currently LCBO’s Chief Customer Office play a critical role in how we fulfill our mandate to the people of Ontario and deliver best-in-class experiences to all of our customers.
As key partners and as you work closely with leaders in these areas, particularly in Retail, I wanted to share an update on an upcoming shift in our structure.
LCBO is currently recruiting a Chief Retail Officer (CRO) and a Chief Marketing & Digital Officer (CMDO).
Our CRO will oversee the vision and strategy of our retail network, including Retail Operations, Retail Analytics & Insights, Store Operations & Support, and Resource Protection. Our CMDO will act as a key architect of the LCBO’s evolving brand and digital strategy and how they influence the customer experience and will be made up of our eCommerce, Marketing & Customer Intelligence, and Customer Experience teams.
As you are aware, Merchandising, under Abhay Garg’s leadership, reports directly to me.
