Earlier this year, we shared our new head office address for regular mail deliveries while noting that we would continue to use 43 Freeland for product samples. With the LCBO currently in the final stages of our transition to our new head office at 100 Queens Quay East, we will begin accepting all product sample deliveries to the new building as of February 18, 2022. As a result, there is a new delivery process and label requirements for merchandising and marketing photography samples.
LCBO’s preference is for requested/approved samples and documents be sent via courier with the new mailing label affixed.

In-person deliveries
If you are required to deliver product samples in person, we will be temporarily accepting it through a drop-off point on New Street on the east side of the building adjacent to the parking garage entrance (refer to map below). This is a temporary measure until access to the loading dock is completed in late 2022. Upon arrival, please call 416-881-4503 (phone number posted on the exterior door). A representative from our building delivery partners, PlusOne, will meet you outside and induct the sample for delivery to the respective LCBO team. Delivery times are between 9am and 3pm.
New label requirements
Please ensure this new label is completed and attached.
For products being dropped off in person, we would suggest a minimal outer wrapping, if any, such as a craft paper bag be used but we request that excessive packaging be avoided. Products will be safely moved, secured and stored. Please do not take product sample deliveries to the LCBO office via the passenger elevators.
Once construction of the underground loading dock is complete a revised process will be shared.
If you have any questions, please contact your Merchandising or Marketing representatives directly or the reception team at merchandising.reception@lcbo.com. For sample delivery directions for the Quality Assurance department, please see this update.
